But looking back, every challenge, late night troubleshooting session, and system outage I resolved shaped the IT leader I am today.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about how things worked or rather, why they stopped working. I started as a Customer Support Engineer, handling everything from crashed systems to stubborn network issues. Those early days weren’t just about fixing problems they were about understanding how technology powers businesses. Every ticket closed was a lesson in problem solving, patience, and the art of making IT look effortless.

Scaling Up: From IT Support to IT Strategy

As I moved into IT Infrastructure Management, my role expanded from troubleshooting individual systems to overseeing enterprise wide IT environments. I was no longer just fixing problems I was designing solutions to prevent them.

  • Migrated legacy email infrastructure to Microsoft Office 365, enhancing reliability, scalability, and user accessibility
  • Migrated on premise infrastructure to cloud environment, reducing hardware dependency and improving scalability
  • Designing a disaster recovery strategy that ensures 100% uptime during critical operations
  • Led full scale ServiceNow implementation, replacing fragmented tools with a unified ITSM platform
  • Automated Incident, Change, and Service Request workflows using ServiceNow, improving efficiency and traceability
  • Designed and deployed a scalable VPN and cloud based access solution to enable secure remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring seamless business continuity and zero downtime
